Interim authority notice

Following the death, incapacity, insolvency or change of immigration status of a premises licence holder an interim authority notice may be made in order that the premises licence doesn't lapse.

To apply for an interim authority notice you should

have a prescribed interest in the premises or
be connected to the person who held the premises licence immediately before the interim authority notice was required.

The interim authority notice must be given within 7 days and will last for a maximum of two months.
