Interim authority notice
Following the death, incapacity, insolvency or change of immigration status of a premises licence holder an interim authority notice may be made in order that the premises licence doesn't lapse.
To apply for an interim authority notice you should
- have a prescribed interest in the premises or
- be connected to the person who held the premises licence immediately before the interim authority notice was required.
The interim authority notice must be given within 7 days and will last for a maximum of two months.
