Wetsuit, buoyance aid and helmet provided.

Please be aware that a change of venue or timings may be necessary due to weather or tidal conditions.

Water confidence is advised.

What to wear:

• Warm clothes
• Swimwear underneath your clothes
• Shorts to wear over wetsuit
• Trainers to wear in the sea (wetsuit shoes are not suitable)

• Rucksack

• Medications - if required

• Towel
• Spare jumper
• Raincoat
