Corporate plan
The corporate plan describes the council's vision for Swansea, our 6 key council priorities (well-being objectives) and our organisation values and principles that will underpin the delivery of our priorities and overall strategy.
Human Rights and Strategic Equality Plan
Swansea is a Human Rights City. This is the first time we have combined our Strategic Equality Plan with our Human Rights commitments. This plan will outline how we will continue to meet our commitments to human rights and equality, and how we will meet our legal obligations within the Equality Act 2010 and the Public Sector Equality Duty.
Welsh language
Council services are available in English and Welsh and we welcome contact in either language.

We are committed to serving all members of the public impartially and to providing a high quality service to those who communicate with us.
Corporate Safeguarding Policy
Swansea Council's corporate safeguarding policy is a statement of shared corporate expectations, a record of our policy commitment and gives detail on the arrangements in respect of future safeguarding actions to be taken.
