Top chefs to share tips for success at free Swansea festival
If food's your thing, head on down to this week's free Croeso Festival in Swansea city centre.
A range of talented chefs will showcase their finest recipes.
Croeso celebrates all things Welsh this Friday and Saturday.
Swansea Council is behind the festival which is presented in association with First Cymru and supported by Welsh Government's Food & Drink Wales.
Council cabinet member Robert Francis-Davies said: "We've got a great line-up of talented chefs to showcase Welsh food and drink and attract new people into the city centre."
Chefs include: John Partridge, crowned 2018 Celebrity MasterChef; Jack Stein, of BBC's Saturday Kitchen; Kwoklyn Wan, a worldwide bestselling author and TV chef; and Hywel Griffith, chef director at Beach House in Oxwich.
Castell Howell, food and drink supplier to the local hospitality sector, is sponsoring the cooking demonstrations at Croeso.
Director Kathryn Jones said: "We're extremely proud of our rural roots, which is why supplying and promoting regional produce is one of our core values."
Along with the cookery at Croeso, there'll be a host of other fun for the family.
