Watch meetings via webcast

From here you will be able to access the webcasts section of our live council meetings. Upcoming meetings and our most recent webcasts are displayed on the right hand side of this page.

Due to Covid-19, many Council meetings have been cancelled or re-arranged. Please refer to the calendar of meetings for further details of those taking place or those that have been cancelled. Details will be updated regularly, please check back for the latest information.

The Welsh Government has temporarily removed the legal requirement for local authorities to hold physical meetings. As such, some meetings will be held remotely, enabling the Council to make effective and transparent decisions on the delivery of services for residents and ensuring that local democracy continues to thrive.

What is a webcast?

A webcast is a transmission of audio and video over the internet. Video cameras at our council meetings capture the live information and through the use of your internet connection you can view the meetings live from the comfort of your own home.

Should you miss a meeting, or would like to view a section of the meeting again, then you can view the archive of the webcast. This allows you to view the meeting at your leisure and, through the use of the index points, you are able to select specific items on the agenda or speakers via the timeline.
