Wales Airshow 2025 trade stand application

Wales Airshow returns to the skies over the iconic Swansea Bay on Saturday 5 July and Sunday 6 July 2024. Featuring some of the biggest and best display teams on the Airshow circuit, 2 km of ground displays and trade areas, and all set against the incredible backdrop of Swansea Bay.

Supported by the Armed Services, the air displays include aircraft from civilian, commercial, RAF, Army and Navy along with a full military village with complementary ground displays. We are looking for appropriate trade stands to display their products along the length of the display line.

For your chance to be part of this event please complete the online application form below, along with your fire risk assessment (Word doc, 211 KB) which you will need to upload with your application . You will also need to provide proof of your Public Liability Insurance (minimum of £5 million), and include a photograph of your display.

Space is allocated on a first come first served basis.

New for 2025, we are excited to be offering trade applications for our new Local Trade market at the Civic Centre.

This is an exciting, new space showcasing local Swansea based traders at a heavily discounted rate (no food or drink traders sorry). Traders in the Local Trade Market will be provided with a pre-set-up 3x3 gazebo to showcase their products / services to a huge audience at the biggest free event in Wales.

Applicants for this area will need to be both registered and trading in Swansea.

Local trade spaces are provided by Swansea Council using colourful 3x3 gazebos with 3 sides, the pitch price is just £175 for the full two event days trading.
