Coronavirus - Test, Trace, Protect

Test, Trace, Protect is the Welsh Government's strategy for testing the general public and tracing the spread of coronavirus in Wales.

Contact tracing is part of this strategy. It's a tried and tested method of controlling the spread of infectious diseases.

Tracing the people an infected person has been in contact with enables those people to be made aware of their potential risk of being infected and they can get advice to prevent further spread.
