Trees, Hedgerows and Woodlands SPG
This document provides guidance on how the relevant policies of the LDP should be applied to planning applications with respect to all existing, retained and newly planted trees, hedgerows and woodland on development sites.
The SPG was adopted by Planning Committee on 22nd October 2021 following public consultation on a draft version. A copy of the public consultation report setting out the process followed leading up to adoption of the final version of the SPG can be downloaded below.
