Social Care Personal Assistant

From £11.00 per hour. A Social Care Personal Assistant is employed to support an individual to live as independently as possible. A variety of positions are available throughout the Swansea area to support individuals of all ages (including children and adults), backgrounds and abilities.

Early Help Lead Worker (closing date: 28/09/23)

The Early Help Hubs are a non-statutory preventative service that work with children and their families to ensure that they have access to the right support at the right time from the right person regardless of their age and location.

£35,411 - £40,478 per year. Are you a passionate, child centred social worker who is looking to join a strong, well-established, supportive team? We are recruiting for a permanent full time Social Worker within our Looked After Children's Team.

Supervised Contact Worker (closing date: 29/09/23)

£24,054 - £26,845 pro rata per year. An important role has arisen within the Child and Family Support Team at Swansea Council for Supervised Contact Workers. The post is part time 18.5 hours a week and shifts are split over 3 days.

£24,054.00 - £26,845.00 per year pro-rata. We are looking for a Residential Care Officer to work at Ty Cila Short breaks who is committed to support adults with a learning disability, physical disability, complex health and behaviours. This post is 28 hours per week.

£24,054 - £26,845 per year (pro-rata). This is an exciting opportunity to join our Hollies team to work as a Night Care Officer on a permanent basis, 10 hours per week.
