Our WASH Advice Service is still open and helping vulnerable and low-income customers with their energy needs, either directly or via intermediaries. Currently support is restricted to online and telephone advice. Agencies can refer or clients can self-refer either by filling in a simple form online here: or alternatively by calling:  0800 304 7159

Income maximisation team - benefit entitlement checks and claim support:

We've also recently launched a new dedicated phone line for our income maximisation team who provide benefit entitlement checks and claim support. The new phone line will mean clients can speak directly to a benefits adviser immediately, and advice includes the latest government announcements on available support.
