Advocacy Support Cymru (ASC)

A registered charity that specialises in the provision of professional, confidential and independent advocacy for those eligible in secondary care and community mental health settings.

DPJ Foundation

Supporting those in the agricultural sector with poor mental health by providing support, spreading awareness and training those in farming communities to be more aware of mental health and its impact in Swansea's communities.

Dementia Support SBUHB (Swansea Bay University Health Board)

The primary care dementia support team in Swansea provides a first point of contact for anyone concerned about changes in their cognitive health, such as their thinking skills and memory.


The principal organisation in Wales working with individuals recovering from mental health problems - with a special emphasis on those with a serious mental illness - and their carers and families. Hafal also supports others with a range of disabilities and their carers and families.


Kooth offers one-to-one, anonymous counselling sessions with fully trained and qualified counsellors and emotional wellbeing practitioners.
