Family Information Service (FIS)
The Family Information Service (FIS) is a free impartial information and advice service for ALL parents / carers of children and young people aged between 0-20 and the professionals who work with them.
They can provide information, assistance and advice to help you find and choose:
- Registered childcare
- Unregistered childcare
- Children and young people's activities
- Family support organisations.
The Family Information Service can also provide information on:
- Help with the costs of childcare
- Careers in childcare
- Childcare training
The Family Information Service is your ideal starting point if you have any questions regarding support for your family. Swansea Family Information Service will be able to provide you with information tailored to your individual needs, so call them first.
