Destination Management Plan (DMP)

The DMP demonstrates the importance of the tourism industry to the local economy and how it supports businesses and employment across the area, whilst also contributing to improved health and well-being for residents.

The plan is based on in-depth research and focusses on 4 strategic priorities:

• Driving Quality
• Breaking Free of Seasonality
• Encouraging Sustainability
• Working Partnerships

The new DMP was approved by Swansea Council's Cabinet in October 2023 and is now available to download below:
