Due to continuing issues following Friday's power outages, you may have trouble reaching us by phone. If you ring us, it may appear that you are in a phone call queue, but our staff are unable to answer your call due to the telephony outage. If you are awaiting an assessment and do not have an active Care and Support Plan or are a carer who has no active carers support plan, please contact the CAP Assessment Team on 01792 636316.

If you have a practitioner / social worker currently working with you, are receiving a service and have an active care and support plan in place, or are a carer with an active carers support plan contact:

The Social Services Emergency Duty Team will be open for emergencies outside these times. Please only contact the Emergency Duty Team if there is an urgent situation that cannot wait until day time teams re-open.

Families living in Swansea can contact SPOC themselves to ask for help or advice.

Social Services Emergency Duty Team

This social work team deals with out-of-hour emergency situations for children, adults and mental health that cannot safely be left until the next working day, and will provide information and advice to keep the situation safe until the next day.
