Visiting the Benefits team at the Contact Centre

You can visit the Contact Centre if you need to hand in original documents in support of a new or existing benefit claim or you would like to discuss a complex query.

You don't normally need to book an appointment as we have staff available to help you at the Contact Centre from 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 4.00pm on Friday. 

Alternatively, if you would like to speak to a member of staff regarding your claim there are a number of ways in which you can do this. You can:

You can also ask us to arrange an appointment at a convenient time with a member of staff over Microsoft Teams to speak to us in the comfort of your own home.

If you still require an appointment at the Contact Centre or over Microsoft Teams please fill in the form. Please state which type of appointment you require. You will need to give us at least 2 working days notice when requesting an appointment.
