Open every Saturday 10.00am - 12.00pm, Tuesday 10.00am - 1.00pm and offer free warm food to people needing support in the community as well as Veterans and their families.
We offer support for financial difficulties (including PIP and DWP issues), employment, housing, health and wellbeing issues and the cost-of-living crisis, food and fuel poverty. Our volunteers are all DBS-checked, fully trained in mental health, first aid and safeguarding.
We are incredibly fortunate to have 24/7 access to our Jack's Retreat, where veterans and their families or those who are serving/reservists can access wild camping, woodland walks, bush crafting, stargazing and other family orientated activities.
SVH fully embrace and are signed up to the Armed Forces Covenant to help ensure that those who serve or have served in the armed forces and their families are all treated fairly. We are one of the few places in Swansea to offer face-to-face interactions for both veterans and their families.
