Warm Cha Corner:

Managed by CIWA's Older People Team, in partnership with Grand Theatre in order to provide a warm, safe, comfortable space, which is accessible in central Swansea, in close proximity to the main bus terminal. We want to make a positive impact through addressing declining health and wellbeing of participants from living in fuel poverty and rising food cost during this winter period - participants can benefit from distribution of hot food and drinks.

Our target participants must be ethnic Chinese older people (50+/60+/70+).

Memory games and board games are provided for older people to keep their minds active in line with the team target for prevention of dementia.

Then a light warm meal and Chinese tea is served an hour later.

Limited spaces available, pre-booking is essential.  Please contact Older People Team Lead Yen Yen on 07869 820500 to register your space.
