Car park season ticket
Information on how to buy a car park season ticket.
How to apply
To apply for a car park season ticket you will need to fill in the online application form. Only standard wheel based vans and car will be considered for a season ticket (maximum of 3.3 metres long). Long wheel based vans will not be accepted.

Please note: If the car park you are applying for has reached maximum capacity of season ticket quantities, Parking Services may be unable to issue the season ticket and a refund/notification will be sent to you as soon as possible.

Fees
You will be able to pay for your season ticket at the same time as making the application using a debit or credit card.

Corporate parking permits
We have a limited number of corporate parking permits available to businesses located within the city centre. This discounted rate is for where:
- 10 or more permits are purchased, or
- the business is a member of Swansea BID

If you have been approved to apply for one of these permits you can do so via the apply button above. Select 'other' in the preferred car park drop-down and then manually enter the fee to pay.

Lost or damaged season tickets
If a season ticket is bought and is lost or becomes damaged due to misuse by the card holder, a fee of £25.00 will be needed for any replacements. This includes multi storey car park pass cards and Park and Ride pass cards.
The season ticket is refundable, but in cases where it is returned before the expiry date, the refund will be based on how many full months are left on the card.
