We are currently booking a minimum of 3-4 weeks in advance of collection. We'll email you back within 3 working days with the exact day / date of collection.

This form is available in Welsh - click on 'Cymraeg' in the top right corner of your screen.

Swansea Council is the data controller for the personal information you provide on this form. Your information will be used to provide you with the service that you have requested and will not be used for any other purpose. We will not share your data with any third parties without your explicit consent unless we are required or permitted to do so by law.

Conditions of collection
1. Please tick the box to confirm you have read and understand the following:
  - I will only put out the items described above.
  - I will put the items out for collection on the kerbside between 7.00pm on the evening before my collection and 7.00am on the morning of my collection day.
  - I will try to keep items dry, will cover mattresses and sofas and won't leave items outside for a long time in all weathers.
  - Items which are too heavy for the crew to lift safely will not be collected.
  - Items left inside the property or gardens will not be collected.
  - I intend for the collected items to be reused if possible.
  - I understand that my collection will not be made if any of the above conditions have not been met.

3. We will only be able to make collections under the conditions listed above. If you are unable to meet these conditions then we will not be able to collect your items for you.
  
  You can take your bulky items to a Household Waste Recycling Centre. If they are in good condition you can donate them to the Tip Treasures shop.
  
  A number of charities will also accept items in good condition and some will collect from your home.
