Latest update on Covid-19 cases in Swansea

New cases reported in the last seven days:  17

New cases reported per 100,000 in the last seven days: 6.9

 

Pandemic restrictions update

The First Minister has announced a further easing of the rules which means that from Monday up to 30 people can meet outside in a garden, beer garden (outdoor hospitality) or in public spaces. Three households can now form extended households, meaning three families can meet indoors. In addition to this outdoor events, festivals and sports matches can take place with up to 4,000 standing or 10,000 sitting. More info: https://bit.ly/3pjQ4mg

If you're heading out this weekend to the pub, restaurant or to do some shopping, please remember the indoor rules have not changed. It means you must keep your distance from others and wear a mask except when sitting down to eat or drink. Staff will be there to help, so please listen to the advice.
