Welsh Government unveils vaccination certificate for essential international travel

Welsh Government is advising against all but essential international travel and it has announced fully-vaccinated people who need to travel for essential reasons can apply for a vaccine certificate. You should only request a certificate if you're travelling in the next four weeks. Not all countries will ask for a vaccine certificate, so please check entry requirements for the country you're travelling to.
