Supervised activities indoors

Did you know that indoor activities such as swimming lessons or gym classes for up to 15 adults are now allowed? Children are also allowed to do activities indoors such as youth group meetings. It's good news for everyone who's been missing their friends.

If your session is due to take place at a community centre please check with the group organisers before you set out as community centres are opening in a phased way. And if you're picking the children up after an event, please remember not to congregate around entrances when you drop them off or pick them up afterwards. Hands-face-space is still the routine to follow because the virus is still with us.

Heading out to the pub or café?

Thank you for doing the right thing when you're heading out to the pub or café. The feedback we're getting is very positive. If you're buying a takeaway we'd ask you to not congregate in the area afterwards. If you're planning to enjoy sit-down food and drink, you will be met by a host who will allocate you a table where friendly staff will come and serve you. Following the rules helps keeps you, the staff and the rest of us safe by reducing the risk of the virus being passed around.
