An exciting, challenging and unique opportunity has arisen at the site of Clwyd Community Primary School and Swansea Children's Centre. We are looking to appoint a temporary Flying Start Childcare Worker to support the Flying Start Manager and Deputy in providing high quality child care provision in our Flying Start setting. You will need relevant qualifications, high standard literacy skills and prior experience of delivering childcare provision to children under the age of 3. You will also need to work effectively as part of a team and demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for supporting children and their families as part of Flying Start.

Flying Start is a Welsh Government initiative, which seeks to target support for pre-school children and their families within specific areas, and to deliver specific outcomes for children. Flying Start offers children access to high quality childcare as part of a multi-agency team approach.

Please check the relevant qualifications. The link for the qualifications framework is https://socialcare.wales/resources/qualification-framework-for-the-social-care-sector-in-wales.
