Our Wellbeing Activities aim to foster physical and mental well-being through a series of enjoyable and engaging events designed for children, young people and families.
Sessions:
Football at Pure Football Swansea - every other Wednesday, 8.00pm - 9.00pm.
Salsa at HQ Urban Kitchen - alternate Fridays until 30 August, 6.00pm - 8.00pm.
Bike Rides meet at The CAE Office - every Friday, 2.00pm - 4.00pm.
