COAST - BAME Mental Health Support
For children, young people and families.
Our proposed activities include a variety of engaging options to ensure everyone can participate. We have indoor movie sessions every Friday evening, youth club sessions on Saturday mornings, and dance and drumming classes on Sunday evenings.
Additionally, we offer mental health discussions at the hub every Monday. For outdoor enthusiasts, we have various activities in Swansea and bike riding lessons.
The eligibility criteria for participating in our activities are as follows:
- Age requirement: Participants must be aged 10 and above for youth club sessions and bike riding lessons. All other activities are open to all ages.
- Residency: Participants must reside within the Swansea area to join the outdoor activities in Swansea.
- Registration: Prior registration is required for all activities to ensure we can accommodate everyone through http://www.bamementalhealth.org
- Health and Safety: Participants must adhere to health and safety guidelines specific to each activity, including providing any necessary medical information.
- Parental consent: For participants under 18, parental or guardian consent is required.
