COAST - South Gower RFC

Open to all members of the community, specifically targeting new participants to join our sporting family.

A series of engagement and activity opportunities across July, August and September for all ages, abilities that focus on sport, engagement, skills and cultural activities capturing the values of rugby, the club.

Sessions:

Friday night touch rugby, fun and games - every Friday in August through to 30 September 6.00pm - 7.30pm.
Ages 9-12. BBQ subject to weather. Free soft drink for all new participants (existing club members not eligible).

Rugby skills drills and team building every Wednesday from 28 July.
Free hot food for all new participants (existing club member not eligible).
Under 6 to Under 10 - 6.00pm
Under 11 to Under 14 - 7.30pm

Every Thursday evening through July and August - old boys / girls touch (over 35 years) - 7.00pm.

From 3 September - schools engagement in partnership with Ospreys in the Community.
