Free access for under 13s.

Free tickets can be claimed on our website to access special gaming events for the Autistic or LGBTQ+ communities.

Free gaming events can be arranged for charities, schools or organisations working with the following communities:

• Autistic
• Disabled
• LGBTQ+
• Vulnerable people

Children under 13 can claim free access to Socialdice when a table is booked in advance on our website, or on arrival to the café (if space is available).

A table fee of £3 per person for 2 hours or £5 per person for 4 hours is applied to your final bill which is paid upon leaving the café. Your final bill will be reduced for the number of children under 13 in attendance.

Bookings of 5 people or more will pay a 50% table fee deposit when placing the booking on our website, which will be deducted from the final bill.

Events that quality for free tickets will display a free ticket option on our website. If you are part of the autistic or LGBTQ+ community you may claim a free ticket when ordering through our website.

Sessions:

Free access for children to Socialdice can be can be claimed throughout the summer until 30 September 2024.

Free events for autistic and LGBTQ+ communities will be running on a weekly basis until 30 September 2024:

• Autistic-friendly gaming 'Spectrum Gamers' - 12.00pm - 4.00pm Fridays
• LGBTQ+ friendly gaming 'Rainbow Gamers' - 6.00pm - 10.00pm Thursdays.
