Annual review of performance

This annual review of performance 2018-19 is the council's own self-assessment on its performance delivering the priorities outlined in the corporate plan.

The Welsh Government requires all councils to publish their plans for improving what they do and how they do it.

Annual Improvement Report: 2018-19 - City and County of Swansea

The Local Government (Wales) Measure 2009 (the Measure) requires the Auditor General to undertake a forward-looking annual improvement assessment, and to publish an annual improvement report, for each improvement authority in Wales. The Annual Improvement Report discharges the Auditor General's duties under section 24 of the Measure, by summarising his audit and assessment work in a published annual improvement report for each authority.
