Housing office facilities

All of our housing offices have:

  • ramps and handrails leading to the entrance doors along with automatically opening doors
  • loop systems to help hearing impaired people in reception areas and at meetings
  • auxiliary aids which include lap trays, large grip pens, magnifying glass, daylight lamps, writing guides
  • private interview rooms which can be used to talk about confidential information or if you just want privacy to have help from a member of staff to read through and complete a form etc with you
  • tactile signage

Welsh speaking staff are available to speak to you and you can receive written housing information in Welsh if requested. We can access professional interpreters if you require another language. Please ask a member of staff at our housing office for help and assistance.
