High 5 Awards
Whether through achievement, working for others or caring for someone, there are inspirational young people in all our communities - nominate them for a High 5 Award now.
The High 5 Awards are all about recognising and celebrating young people's achievements and enabling them to be an inspiration to others.
Do you know someone worthy of a High 5 because they have changed their own lives or life in their community for the better through hard work and determination, perhaps overcoming barriers along the way?

Each category is open for two age groups - young people aged up to 13 and ages 14-19.

Each individual winner will receive a £50 cash prize (groups will receive £100) a personal activity/ opportunity* and other prizes. They will be invited to the celebration awards evening, along with their nominator and two guests.
*Activity/opportunity will be realistic and subject to practicalities and availability
The High 5 Awards are being organised by Swansea Council with sponsorship from Gower College and kindly supported by Swansea Sound and The Wave, Swansea Building Society, Swansea City F.C and the Rotary Club of Swansea.
