Pest Control

The Environment Department offers a comprehensive Pest Control Service for the people of Swansea and can offer practical help and advice.

Our current fees are detailed below. These apply to treatment during office hours (8.30am - 5.00pm, Monday -Thursday, 8.30am-4.30pm, Friday).

We do carry out treatments outside office hours, but there is a charge of £99 (including VAT) for all these calls.

Please Note: We do not treat for bedbugs in commercial premises

Council House Tenants

The Social Services and Housing Department may pay for treatment at their properties. Tenants are advised to contact their District Housing Office.

Benefit Claimants

As part of the Council's anti-poverty strategy, we offer free pest control treatment to households in receipt of:

Income support
Income based Job Seekers Allowance
Guaranteed Pension Credit
Employment and Support Allowance
