Swansea's iconic Glynn Vivian Art Gallery re-opened on Saturday 15 October 2016, following the completion of a multi-million pound redevelopment and restoration project.

The Gallery is named after its founder and principal benefactor, Richard Glynn Vivian, born September 1835, the fourth son of John Henry Vivian and his wife, Sarah Jones.

Support the Glynn Vivian 2016 Fund

From 1 March 2016, the Association of Friends of the Glynn Vivian Art Gallery are launching a special Glynn Vivian 2016 Fund to help raise a target of £50,000 to support the Gallery's programmes upon reopening in autumn 2016.
