Mae Ysgol Gymraeg Tan-y-lan yn Nhreforys ar gyrion Dinas Abertawe.
Bydd yr ysgol yn dod yn rhan o gynllun sefydlu Dechrau’n Deg yn Abertawe ac mi fydd yr Uned Gofal Plant ddwyieithog yn agor ym mis Medi 2013.
Ysgol ddynodedig Gymraeg yw Tan-y-lan, ac yn ogystal â defnyddio’r Gymraeg yn brif gyfrwng, rhoddwn sylw priodol i’r dimensiwn Cymraeg ym mywyd a gweithgareddau’r ysgol. Mae Ysgol Gymraeg Tan-y-lan yn ysgol sy’n darparu amgylchedd hapus a diogel lle mae pawb yn cael ei adnabod fel unigolyn ac yn derbyn cefnogaeth i gyrraedd ei botensial mewn awyrgylch agored a chydweithredol. Ers agor ym mis Medi 2011 rydym wedi datblygu cysylltiadau gyda’r gymuned leol ac mi fydd yr adnodd Dechrau’n Deg yn darparu cyfleoedd i ehangu hyn.

Mae’r rhaglen Dechrau’n Deg yn cael ei hehangu i gynnwys ardaloedd Treforys a Phlasmarl, Abertawe. Bydd y ddarpariaeth gofal plant am ddim i blant 2 flwydd oed yn Ysgol Gymraeg Tan-y-lan, a chaiff ei rheoli gan yr ysgol. Canolbwynt y gwasanaethau i’w cyflwyno dan fenter Dechrau’n Deg fydd darparu gofal plant o ansawdd da i blant 2-3 oed. Bydd yn canolbwyntio ar wella eu deilliannau wrth baratoi ar gyfer yr ysgol a’r tymor hir. Rydym felly am recriwtio Rheolwr Gofal Plant Dechrau’n Deg o’r radd flaenaf i fod yn rhan o’n tîm ymroddedig. Bydd y swydd yn cynnwys cyfrifoldeb am reoli a thefnu’r cyfleuster gofal plant yn weithredol o ddydd i ddydd. Os oes gennych y cymwysterau academaidd gofynnol, y profiad a’r brwdfrydedd a syniadau blaengar, efallai mai chi fydd y person rydym yn chwilio amdano. Mae hwn yn gyfle cyffrous i’r person iawn i ddatblygu ei yrfa ymhellach a chyfrannu at ddatblygiad cyffredinol y rhaglen Dechrau’n Deg a bywyd ein hysgol a’n cymuned.
