WEFO EU Structural Funds Guidance 2007-2013

image depicting Convergence 2007-2013

Official WEFO Structural Funds Guidance covering a comprehensive range of topics including eligibility, publicity and state aid issues.

To avoid claw-back of grant in future it is essential to be familiar with the rules underpinning the EU structural funds programmes, and to be up to date with various changes in the new 2007-2013 EU programming period. This applies to all organisations, whether acting as 'Lead Sponsor', or procured as a 'delivery agent'. It is vitally important to be familiar with these rules, in particular those on eligiblity and State Aid. The rules are specific to the Welsh Programmes (i.e. guidance from other regions does not apply here).

The following guidance is available, but not replicated here, as updated versions are regularly placed on the WEFO website:

Making Your Proposals To WEFO – How Does It Work?

The purpose of all projects supported with EU funds is to deliver on the Priorities and Themes set out in the Operational Programme (OP) Documents that have been agreed with the European Commission.
