Players Industrial Estate

Players Industrial Estate is an older industrial area in private ownership which was desperately in need of investment in core infrastructure and building improvement. A programme of works was developed in conjunction with Clydach Development Trust as part of the comprehensive regeneration of Clydach.

An improvement scheme was developed which included:

• improvements to the private road system
• construction of foul and surface water drainage systems
• footpath improvements.

The scheme has now been completed, including access to a development site, and helping safeguard over 300 jobs at the industrial estate.
